Certificates of attendance will be distributed to all registered participants at the end of the conference from the registration desk.
Invitation Letter
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference can write to the Organization Secretariat. This procedure is designated to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting and does not imply a commitment to provide and financial support.
Name Badge
All participants and accompanying persons are required to carry their name badges throughout the conference, particularly during their entrance to the conference venue, at the scientific sessions, exhibition and poster areas and during all scheduled social activities to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the conference.
Registration & Information Desk
Registration and information desk will be open every day during the conference between 08:00 am and 19:00 pm at conference venue.
