Hisham Nasser is currently head of the group “TOPCon and Passivating Contacts” at ODTU-GUNAM. He received the B.Sc. (2008) and M.Sc. (2010) degrees in physics from Middle East Technical University, Turkiye and the Ph.D. degree in Micro and Nanotechnology from the same university in 2015. Since then, he is working at ODTU-GUNAM. Hisham Nasser has mentored 10 Master and PhD students to complete their thesis studies. His academic work includes 35 scientific papers and more than 100 conference paper. Hisham Nasser has been leading several national and international projects to develop advanced crystalline silicon based single junction and multijunction solar cells including Perovskite/Silicon tandem devices.
